We will provide everything you need to enjoy the evening.
Our projectors are expensive equipment so we do ask that once the set up is in place that equipment is not tampered with. We do run through how it all works during set up and we will also provide a support guide.
We require a £50 security deposit upon booking which is fully refunded to you upon safe return of all equipment.
If you hire our inflatable chairs with your package, we ask that no sharp objects go near them and if in the event you do puncture these it will cost £35 per chair to replace them. Children are asked to not jump on these.
To ensure you enjoy the full experience, you will need at least 3m width for the screen and stand to accommodate for the 100″ sizing – this is unchangeable.
In front of the screen you will need at least 3m more to set up the seating area, projector and stand, plus the table and decorative items.
We have worked in many spaces, so do not fret about this too much as we can look to fit things in where possible, as long as you keep an open mind, but if for any reason you are unsure please let us know and we can arrange a home visit to assess space and finalise plans.
If you are booking the package with the inflatable chairs, these require a large area. Each folded chair is approximately 1 x 1m but when folded out to make a bed it measures approximately 1 x 2.5m.
